Ginger and Guava Delight

You can't go past this tantalising medley of ginger and guava. To begin, transfer the vodka and guava juice into a large jug and stir. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Prepare each glass with plenty of ice cubes and add the vodka and guava mix. Add the Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale, Lime Cordial, and 5-6 drops of bitters. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy with friends.

1L Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale, 2 tablespoons Schweppes Lime Cordial, 250ml vodka, 1L guava juice, 1/4 cup whole mint leaves, a splash of bitters, and ice cubes to serve.
