Ingredients
- 60ml tequila
- 6 pieces of pineapple
- 2 sage leaves
- Dash of grapefruit bitters
- Schweppes Lemon Lime & Bitters
Method
- Add pineapple pieces into a mixing glass. Muddle.
- Add sage leaves, bitters and 300ml of Schweppes Lemon Lime & Bitters.
- Add ice, shake and pour into a wine glass.
