Ingredients

• 45ml whisky
• 1 plum de-stoned
• 6 mint leaves
• 15ml Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial
• Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

1. Add plum, mint and Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial into a highball glass. Muddle.
2. Add ice, stir and add Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.
