Ingredients

• 45ml irish whisky
• 20ml Schweppes Lemon Juice Cordial
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• Egg white
• Bitters

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a Boston Glass
2. Add ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass
