Ingredients
- 50ml cognac
- 3 pieces of paw paw
- 15ml of Schweppes Lemon Juice Cordial
- 1 teaspoon of chamomile tea
- 60ml of Schweppes Agrum Collection Citrus Blend
Method
- Add paw paw and chamomile tea into a mixing glass. Muddle.
- Add Schweppes Lemon Juice Cordial and Schweppes Agrum Citrus Blend.
- Add ice, shake and strain into a brandy balloon.
