Ingredients

• 45ml Payet Pisco
• 15ml Aperol
• 6 strawberries
• 15ml lemon juice
• Schweppes Agrum Collection Citrus Blend.

Method

1. Slice strawberries and muddle in a mixing glass.
2. Add Payet Pisco, Aperol and lemon juice, then add ice, shake and strain into a highball.
3. Add ice and top up with Schweppes Agrum Citrus Blend.
