• 60ml brandy
• 25ml sugar syrup
• Whole egg
• Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

1. Add brandy, sugar syrup and egg into a Boston Glass
2. Add ice, shake and strain into a highball
3. Top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
