Ingredients

• 45ml Sloe gin
• 15 elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 lemongrass stalk
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

1. Cut lemongrass stalk into thin slices. Muddle in a mixing glass.
2. Add Sloe gin, elderflower liqueur and lime.
3. Add ice, shake and strain into a highball.
4. Top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale and a lemongrass spear.
