Ingredients

• 45ml gin
• Half granny smith apple
• 8 flat leaf parsley leaves
• 5ml elderflower syrup
• 10ml lime juice
• 60ml Schweppes Orange & Passionfruit Mineral Water

Method

1. Add apple and flat leaf parsley into a mixing glass. Muddle.
2. Add elderflower syrup, lime juice and Schweppes Orange & Passionfruit Mineral Water.
3. Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
