Ingredients

• 60ml lime-infused vodka
• 3 lychees
• 5cm piece of lemongrass, sliced thinly
• Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water

Method

1. Add lychees and lemongrass into a wine glass. Muddle.
2. Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water.
