Ingredients
- 45ml gin
- 6 fresh raspberries
- 20ml Schweppes Raspberry Cordial
- 30ml verjuice
- 10ml egg white
- 30ml Schweppes Lemonade
Method
- Add raspberries into a mixing glass. Muddle.
- Add Schweppes Raspberry Cordial, verjuice, egg white and Schweppes Lemonade.
- Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
