Ingredients

• 30ml gin
• 30ml sloe gin
• 10ml egg white
• 30ml lemon juice
• 15ml Schweppes Raspberry Cordial

Method

1. Add gin, sloe gin, egg white, lemon juice and Schweppes Raspberry Cordial to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
