Ingredients

• 45ml pear-infused vodka
• 2 pieces honeydew melon
• Half a ripe pear
• 30ml verjuice
• 30ml Schweppes Lemon Juice Cordial

Method

1. Add honeydew melon and pear into a mixing glass. Muddle.
2. Add verjuice and Schweppes Lemon Juice Cordial.
3. Add ice, shake and strain into cocktail glass.
