Ingredients

• 30ml lemon-infused vodka
• 1 teaspoon lemon butter
• 45ml Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial
• 30ml lemon juice
• 15ml verjuice

Method

1. Add lemon butter, Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial, lemon juice and verjuice into a mixing glass.
2. Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
