Ingredients
- 50ml brandy
- 15ml honey water
- Dash of orange bitters
- Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
Method
- Add brandy, honey water (add honey to an equal amount of boiling water and stir until dissolved) and orange bitters into a large old fashioned glass.
- Add ice and stir 20 times.
- When diluted, top with ice and Schweppes Indian Tonic Water.
