Ingredients

• 60ml ginger liqueur
• 3 pieces of honeydew melon
• 30ml Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial
• 1/2 red chilli
• Schweppes Soda Water

Method

1. Add honeydew melon and chilli into a highball glass. Muddle.
2. Add Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial.
3. Add ice and top with Schweppes Soda Water.
