Ingredients

• 45ml gin
• Half granny smith apple
• 15ml dandelion syrup
• 60ml Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water

Method

1. Add apple and dandelion syrup into a mixing glass. Muddle.
2. Add Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water.
3. Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
