Ingredients

  • 60ml whisky
  • Half a ripe pear (or 4 pieces of tinned pear)
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • Dash of bitters
  • Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

  1. Add pear, ginger and bitters into a highball glass. Muddle.
  2. Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.
