Ingredients
- 60ml whisky
- Half a ripe pear (or 4 pieces of tinned pear)
- 2 slices of ginger
- Dash of bitters
- Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
Method
- Add pear, ginger and bitters into a highball glass. Muddle.
- Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.
