Ingredients

• 60ml gin
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• Bar spoon of fine sugar
• Schweppes Soda Water

Method

1. Add gin, lemon juice and fine sugar into a Boston Glass
2. Add ice, shake and strain into a highball
3. Top with Schweppes Soda Water
