Ingredients

• 3 pieces of pink grapefruit
• 2 pieces of rockmelon
• 15ml Schweppes Blackberry & Vanilla Cordial
• Schweppes Apple & Pink Grapefruit Mineral Water

Method

1. Add pink grapefruit, rockmelon and Schweppes Blackberry & Vanilla Cordial into highball glass. Muddle.
2. Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Apple & Pink Grapefruit Mineral Water.
