Ingredients

• 60ml white rum of Cuba
• 4 pieces of pineapple
• 2 whole apricots
• 30ml coconut cream
• 45ml Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial
• Ice cubes to blend

Method

1. Add pineapple, apricots, coconut cream, Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial and ice cubes into blender.
2. Blend and pour into rocks glass.
