Ingredients

• 45ml white rum
• 15ml creme de cacao
• 2 dried figs
• 25ml lemon juice
• Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

1. Slice figs in a mixing glass and muddle.
2. Add Rum, creme de cacao and lemon juice.
3. Add ice, shake and strain into a highball.
4. Top up with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.
