Highball
Ingredients
- 45ml white rum
- 15ml creme de cacao
- 2 dried figs
- 25ml lemon juice
- Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
Method
- Slice figs in a mixing glass and muddle.
- Add Rum, creme de cacao and lemon juice.
- Add ice, shake and strain into a highball.
- Top up with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.
