- 30ml white rum
- 15ml Amaretto
- 4 chunks of pineapple
- 15ml Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial
- 15ml lemon juice
- Dash of grapefruit bitters
Method
- Muddle pineapple in a mixing glass, then add rum, Amaretto, Schweppes Lime Cordial, lemon juice and grapefruit bitters.
- Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
