Ingredients
- 60ml Schweppes Blackberry Vanilla Cordial
- 30ml gin
- 30ml tuaca liqueur
- 4 mint leaves
- A dash of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- Schweppes Soda Water
Method
- Shake first five ingredients with ice, then strain over fresh ice into a chilled highball glass.
- Top with Schweppes Soda Water.
