Ingredients

• 60ml bourbon
• 15ml maple syrup
• 30ml lemon juice
• Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

1. Add bourbon, maple syrup and lemon juice into a mixing glass.
2. Add ice, shake and strain into a highball.
3. Top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.
